These starter terms describe how ClearFlow Automation provides AI-assisted document automation and workflow services. Final project scopes may include additional written terms.

Services

ClearFlow Automation provides workflow mapping, AI-assisted document templates, intake forms, SOPs, approval checklists, automation planning, and related support for small businesses.

No professional advice

ClearFlow does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, or regulated professional advice. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final documents and consulting qualified professionals when needed.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information and source materials.
• Review and approve final documents before use.
• Comply with applicable laws, industry rules, and platform terms.
• Protect credentials and provide access through safe methods such as temporary invites when possible.

AI-generated drafts

AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. It must be reviewed before use. ClearFlow is not responsible for client use of unreviewed or modified drafts.

Payments

Project work generally starts after payment or deposit, depending on the written scope. Retainers are billed according to the agreed schedule.

Limitation

Services are provided on a best-effort basis within the agreed scope. ClearFlow does not guarantee specific revenue, business outcomes, search rankings, or customer acquisition results.
