Project services

Because ClearFlow Automation provides custom service work, payments are generally non-refundable once project work begins. If a project is cancelled before work starts, a refund may be available minus payment processor fees.

Revisions

Packages include the revision/support window described in the written scope. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Retainers

Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are not prorated unless otherwise agreed in writing.
