Florida-based · Done-for-you setup · No AI experience required
Stop retyping the same quotes, follow-ups, and admin updates every week.
ClearFlow turns messy admin work into reusable AI-assisted workflows your team can actually use — with human approval built in.

What your first workflow can include
- Intake form or checklist so requests stop arriving half-broken
- AI prompt that drafts summaries, missing questions, and follow-ups
- Approval checklist so nothing customer-facing goes out unchecked
- SOP your staff can follow without needing to understand AI APIs
If your admin process lives in texts, sticky notes, and memory, it is already leaking money.
Small businesses usually do not need a giant software project. They need one repeatable process cleaned up, documented, and made easier to run.
Contractors & home services
Quote requests come from calls, texts, Facebook, and forms. We turn them into consistent intake, missing-info questions, and follow-up drafts.
Real estate & property
Leads, showings, tenant/owner messages, and maintenance requests need consistent follow-up without giving regulated advice.
Local service teams
Meeting notes, customer updates, onboarding docs, and SOPs become reusable systems instead of tribal knowledge.
Good fit / bad fit
This is for practical business workflows, not replacing licensed judgment or pretending AI is magic.
Good fit
- Repeated customer follow-ups
- Quote or lead intake
- SOPs and checklists
- Meeting notes into tasks
- Human-approved drafts
Not a fit
- Legal/tax/medical advice
- AI sending sensitive content without review
- Vague “automate everything” projects
- Password sharing
- Unscoped custom software for $500

These are demo workflows, not client-confidential work. They show the structure: intake, AI draft, human review, next action.
Contractor quote follow-up
Turn messy quote requests into summaries, missing-info questions, and customer follow-up drafts.
Real estate lead follow-up
Qualify buyer, seller, renter, and property leads with safe follow-up and next-step checklists.
Meeting notes to tasks
Convert notes or transcripts into decisions, owners, due dates, risks, and follow-up emails.
What happens after you request an audit?
The flow is intentionally simple: diagnose one workflow, build the first version, test it, and hand it off.
1. Audit
You describe the repetitive process and current tools.
2. Scope
You get a fixed recommendation: Starter, System, or retainer.
3. Build
We create forms, prompts, templates, checklists, and SOPs.
4. Handoff
Your team gets instructions and keeps approval control.
Intro pricing while ClearFlow builds its first local case studies.

Transparent instead of fake testimonials
ClearFlow is a new service, so the site shows demo workflows, exact deliverables, pricing, legal pages, and a real process. As real client results come in, this section will be replaced with verified case studies.
No fake logos, no invented testimonials. You can see the exact deliverables, pricing, and process before paying a dollar.
Questions skeptical business owners usually ask first.
Do I need to buy an AI API key?
Not for the Starter package. Most first workflows are delivered as prompts, templates, checklists, and SOPs your team can run with tools you already use. API keys only matter later if you want automation running automatically inside your business.
Do you install an AI agent on my computer?
No. Nothing is installed on your computers by default. We start with safe workflow systems: templates, prompts, checklists, and SOPs that work with tools you already use. Custom hosted automation is a separate, higher-scope project.
Will this work with my current tools?
Usually yes. The first version can work with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Outlook, Sheets, Excel, forms, PDFs, or manual processes. Bigger integrations are scoped separately.
What happens after I pay?
You receive onboarding questions, send examples/screenshots, and we confirm the workflow before building. If the purchase is not a fit, we discuss refund/scope options before work begins.
Can AI send messages to customers automatically?
Not by default. Customer-facing drafts should be reviewed and approved by your business first. Fully automatic sending requires a separate risk discussion and written scope.
Do you provide legal, tax, mortgage, medical, or accounting advice?
No. We can organize client-approved templates and workflows, but regulated professional advice must come from the appropriate professional.
Start with one workflow you already hate doing.
Send the repetitive task. Get a practical recommendation. No AI homework required.
