ClearFlow Automation helps small businesses create AI-assisted document and workflow systems. We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, scope work, deliver services, and maintain client projects.

• Workflow descriptions, documents, examples, and project requirements you choose to share.
• Billing and payment status through third-party payment processors.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and automation audit requests.
• Create proposals, templates, workflows, SOPs, and project deliverables.
• Manage client communication, billing, and support.
• Improve internal templates and processes without exposing private client data.

AI tools

ClearFlow may use AI tools to draft, summarize, organize, or improve documents. Clients should not submit sensitive information unless needed for the project. AI-generated drafts require human/client review before use.

Data sharing

We do not sell client data. Information may be shared with service providers used for hosting, email, forms, payments, scheduling, or project delivery when needed to provide the service.

Data retention

We retain project materials only as long as needed for delivery, support, records, or legal/business requirements. Clients may request deletion of unnecessary project materials.
